  1. Keep a tab named Calendar with headers: Date, Title, Store, Type, Notes, Link, Tags.
  2. File → Share → Publish to web → choose the Calendar tab → CSV.
  3. Copy the CSV link (contains export?format=csv) and paste above.

Docs

  1. Use one event per line: 2024-12-01 | ALL | Brand takeover | details...
  2. File → Share → Publish to web → choose Text.
  3. Copy the export?format=txt link and paste above.

Tips

  • Add Tags like promo, vendor-day, holiday for easy scanning.
  • Use Store = ALL for chain-wide initiatives; otherwise specify Denver, Aurora, Worcester, Lynn, CO, or MA.
  • Updates go live automatically on next refresh.
